Erasmus Without Paper
Prepare your Learning Agreement online in a few simple steps and share it with both your sending and receiving universities.
The EWP network allows the use of integrated digital tools, enabling students to easily apply through the new OLA platform - Online Learning Agreement.
To get started, simply log in with your institutional Gmail account.

Fill in your personal details as well as those of your sending (left) and receiving institutions.
Before the Mobility Section
List the courses or internship activities you will undertake abroad, including the corresponding ECTS credits.
Obtain signatures from your Erasmus coordinator before and the responsible person at the receiving institution after.
During/After Mobility Section
If there are changes to your program, update this section and obtain the necessary signatures again.
Follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays or rejections in signing.
You can use OLA (Online Learning Agreement); ABAPA fully supports EWP. In case your sending institution does not use EWP, you can proceed with the PDF version.
